Frequently Asked Questions

For 3d Printed items, we will start to produce your item as soon as a printer is available, and we have all the required information (filament colour etc). If we need clarification of an item, we will contact you as quickly as we can.

For personalised items (engraved/UV Printed) we will ask as part of the order to email your details to us, including any pictures where relevant.

This can be done by emailing orders fireflyartistry.uk or completing the form on this page, and attaching the file.

Once we have those details, we will then look to edit the pictures as appropriate (ie removing backgrounds). Where appropriate, we will get your approval of these changes.

Once approval has been received (if appropriate) we will then send your order to the relevant machine once it is available.

For all orders, once we have an approved request, we aim to complete the orders within 2 working days, and then arrange for delivery (normally 48 hour delivery service).
 
If you require something urgent – please let us know, and we will see if we can prioritise, but cannot guarantee this. If you require next day delivery, we can arrange this for an additional fee (details will be provided if needed, as rates may differ depending on size/weight).

The majority of our items are Free Post & Packing. where this differs, it will clearly state this on the order page.

Where you require next day delivery, an additional charge will be made to cover extra courier fees

 

We use WooCommerce for all our transactions. They accept all major credit & debit cards.

All personal details are GDPR Compliant, and stored with encryption. Admin passwords are highly complex (24 characters, with a mix of lower, upper, numerical & characters). All communication is via SSL.
 
No payment information is stored within our site.

Yes, we will provide an invoice with your order. If you require a an electronic copy, please feel free to ask for one via email, and we will be happy to send it to you.

As all orders are personalised or made to your requirements, there is no right to a refund once the item has been made. 
 
If there is a problem with the order, then please contact us, and we will look to rectify any mistakes free of charge.
